Exchange & Return Policy
• Request Window: Customers must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving their saree or any product.
• Eligibility: To be eligible for exchange, sarees or any product must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Exchange Fees:
o Seller Error: If the wrong size or color is sent, the company bears the exchange delivery costs.
o Customer Preference: For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer is responsible for all associated delivery charges.
• Refunds: If a desired replacement item is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product or request a refund.
